Standard Check-in:
Currently the Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am (subject to change without notice). All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can arrange the check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

• Early check-in is possible based on availability and at the discretion of the Reception Desk.
• All rooms are guaranteed late check-out free of charge until 1:00pm.

Based on Availability

Group room rates have been secured for April 25 – May 3, 2026 based on availability. Group rate is also being offered 3 days pre and post the official event dates upon availability. The reservation cut-off date will be March 27, 2026.

Reservation and Cancellation: Guest reservations must be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival to avoid one night’s room/tax charge. Reservations cancelled inside 10 days of arrival date will be charged on night’s room and tax. Travel insurance is recommended.

Early Departure Fee: If a guest who has requested a room within the Room Block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the Hotel may add an early checkout fee to that guest’s individual account (currently, $60.00) Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Resort Parking:
Guests at Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort enjoy complimentary on-site self-parking with secure, covered spaces and convenient in/out privileges. Valet parking is not available. For electric vehicles, charging stations are located nearby, approximately 2 miles away at the Aruba Bank Hato branch.

Guests will enjoy free high-speed internet in guestrooms and Lobby; daily Resort and kids’ activities; complimentary use of the fitness center and daily fitness classes; beach towels; bicycle rentals; two bottled waters daily; and of course, every stay includes complimentary cooked-to-order full breakfast and Evening Reception featuring beer, wine, premium spirits and light snacks at no extra charge.

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA): Approximately 6 miles from Embassy Suites, by Hilton, Aruba Resort.

• To enter Aruba, every traveler, including infants and children, must complete and receive approval for the ARUBA ED-CARD (EMBARKATION-DISEMBARKATION CARD). This is a mandatory requirement for all passengers traveling to the island and can be completed quickly and easily online up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Estimated taxi fare: $25–30 USD (one way).

• Of Note: Uber and Lyft do not operate in Aruba. All taxis are government-regulated, with fixed rates based on zones. To ensure safety, only use official taxis marked with “TX” license plates and visible driver IDs.

Available nearby at the airport and in Palm Beach.

Local buses and shuttles provide easy access to beaches, attractions, and casinos.
