Med City Anesthesia Seminars is holding a block of rooms at Hilton Nashville Downtown. These rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis at the discounted rates listed below. To guarantee your discounted rate, we suggest making your travel plans early.

To confirm a reservation, a first night’s deposit must be received with the reservation request.

The group rate is guaranteed until Friday, September 10, 2021 unless the block fills prior to that. If there are rooms available after the cutoff date, they will be available at the best rate offered at that time.

NOTE: The online reservation link has been removed as it has not been functioning properly. Also, the hotel continues to experience a staffing shortage. As a result, you may have difficulties reaching reservations. If you do, we would be happy to place the reservation for you. Email us your desired dates and room category. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.25% with a $2.50 occupancy tax per occupied room, per night) in effect at the time of check in.

These rates have been secured 3 days pre and post seminar dates for those looking to extend their stay.

In order to confirm a guest room reservation, the hotel will require a first nights room and tax deposit in the form of check or credit card. The individual will forfeit the one night room and tax deposit for any cancellation received within 48 hours of the arrival date or for a no-show.

In the event a guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee equal to one (1) nights room and tax to that guest’s account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hilton Nashville Downtown at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
