Med City Anesthesia Seminars is holding a block of rooms at The Embassy Suites, by Hilton Nashville Downtown. These rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis at the discounted rates listed below. To guarantee your discounted rate, we suggest making your travel plans early.
To confirm a sleeping room within the Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the Event, along with a first night’s deposit: which is nonrefundable. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.
The group rate is guaranteed until September 6, 2024 unless the block fills prior to that. If there are rooms available after the cutoff date, they will be available at the best rate offered at that time.

Standard Check-in:
Currently the Hotel’s check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am (subject to change without notice). All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can arrange the check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

The above guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes. The current tax and surcharges are: 15.25% plus $2.50 per night (subject to change without notice).
Group room rates have been secured for September 29-October 2, 2024 based on availability. Group rate is also being offered 3 days pre and post the official event dates upon availability. The reservation cut-off date will be September 6, 2024.
Reservation and Cancellation: Guest reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night’s room/tax charge. Reservations cancelled inside 72 hours of arrival date will be charged on night’s room and tax. Travel insurance is recommended.
Early Departure Fee: If a guest who has requested a room within the Room Block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest’s individual account (currently, $75.00) Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Hotel Parking:
The hotel does not allow self-parking and is Valet only. There is a $60.00 per night fee associated with this service.
As an alternative, there are numerous self-park/pay lots surrounding the hotel if preferred.
Guest Amenities:
We are pleased to say guests will pay NO Resort Fee: Guests will be granted free guestroom high-speed internet in guestrooms, and complimentary use of the fitness center, rooftop pool/spa/patio/bar and restaurant, business center, and of course, every stay includes complimentary cooked-to-order full breakfast and Evening Reception featuring beer, wine, premium spirits and light snacks at no extra charge.
