Standard Check-in:

• Currently, the hotel’s check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am (subject to change). All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests on departure day.

The above guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes. The current tax and surcharges on guestrooms are: City Merchant Fee of 1% plus the current sales tax rate of 7%, and the hotel occupancy tax rate of 5% (subject to change without notice).

Group room rates have been secured for April 21-24, 2024, based on availability. Group rate is also being offered 3 days pre and post the official event dates upon availability. The reservation cut-off date will be Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

*** Inventory has been loaded for any guests that would like to arrive up to 3 days prior to the start of the Seminar. Due to the special event following the Seminar any guests requesting to stay past Wednesday night, should proceed with booking the other nights and then contact 1-850-704-8864 with confirmation number. The resort will then check availability and offer the best possible rate at that time.

Reservation and Cancellation: Guests can change or cancel reservations up to 3 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. If a change or cancellation is made within 3 days prior to arrival, the first night’s room and tax deposit on file will not be refunded. Travel insurance is recommended.

Early Departure Fee: If a guest who has requested a room within the Room Block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest’s individual account (currently, one night’s room and tax) Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Hotel Parking:

• The Hotel does not allow self-parking and is Valet Only. There is a $22.00 per vehicle/day plus 7% tax fee associated with this service. Day only Valet is $15.00.
• As an alternative, there are 3 primary paid parking lots open to the public on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. Visitors can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Parking is $2.00/hour up to 6 hours or $12.00/24 hours. These lots are located at:
  • 11209 Front Beach Road at Richard Jackson Boulevard (3.9 miles)
  • 600 Henley Drive at Churchwell and Front Beach Road (4.6 miles)
  • 9941 Thomas Drive (5.2 miles)

Guest Amenities:

There will be a daily resort fee of $22.00 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax. Daily resort fee includes basic guestroom internet access (up to 2 devices), 1-800/local calls, 2 bottles of water daily, 2 snacks daily, 2-hour bike rental for 2 guests daily, dive-in movies, access to fitness center and business center, and other resort activities. And of course, every stay includes complimentary cooked-to-order full breakfast and Evening Reception featuring beer, wine, premium spirits and light snacks at no extra charge.
