To confirm a reservation, a first night’s deposit must be received with the reservation request.
The group rate is guaranteed until Friday, October 6, 2023 unless the block fills prior to that. If there are rooms available after the cutoff date, they will be available at the best rate offered at that time.

Located on Fifth Avenue between Demonbreun and Korean Veterans Boulevard, Omni Nashville Hotel’s design is a modern expression of the city’s distinct character, incorporating natural materials, exposed steel and regional limestone. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.25% with a $2.50 occupancy tax per occupied room, per night) in effect at the time of check in.
These rates have been secured 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates based on Deluxe Guestroom availability at the Group Rate.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation. Regardless of how reservations are made, any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted to the credit card on file.

- Standard check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
Hotel Parking:
- The current valet rate is $52.00.
Additional Parking:
- Self-parking is available at the Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for $35.00 per night.
