Group room rates have been secured for July 21-24, 2024, based on availability. Group rate is also being offered 3 days pre/post the official event dates if the hotel is under 80% occupancy. The reservation cut-off date is June 11, 2024.

Reservation and Cancellation: Guests can change or cancel reservations up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a forfeiture of deposit. If a change or cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, the first night’s room and tax deposit on file will not be refunded. Travel insurance is recommended.

Early Departure Fee: The room and tax for all nights will be pre-paid at check-in. Early check-outs must be confirmed at the time of check-in. Changes made after that time will result in a forfeiture of the room and tax prepayment and will not be refunded.

Hotel Parking:

• The Coeur d’Alene Resort provides controlled covered on-site parking. The current fee is $20.00 per 24-hour period. Valet services are also offered at $24.00 per 24-hour period.

Guest Amentities:

• We are pleased to say there is NO resort fee. Guests will enjoy free high-speed internet in guestrooms, complimentary use of the fitness center, complementary transportation to the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course, outdoor infinity edge pool and private beach.

Air Travel: The Coeur d’Alene Resort is located 40 minutes East of the Spokane International Airport, offering nonstop or one-stop access from most major US cities. The Coeur d’Alene Air Terminal is available for corporate and private aircraft.

Car Travel: The Coeur d’Alene Resort is easy to reach by automobile via interstate 90 (Exit 11) or Highway 95 (Northwest Blvd). From the exit, follow the directions to downtown and watch for the Resort on your right.

Airport Transportation: The Coeur d’Alene Resort offers a wide range of transportation options. Standard Service: The Coeur d’Alene Resort currently provides 6-passenger LimoVan service to and from Spokane International Airport. The service is available with 48 hour advanced reservations. The current fee is $79.00 per person, round trip; $50.00 per person one-way; $29.00 per child under age 2, round trip. A 13-passenger motor coach is also available.

VIP SUV Service: Private transfers from either Spokane International Airport or The Coeur d’Alene Regional Airport are available at $150.00 per person round-trip or $100.00 per person one-way via resort van and $300.00 each way via private SUV (5 passenger maximum). This service includes private curbside bell service and escort to guest room, complimentary bottle of wine, chilled beverages, snack platter, digital access to news and entertainment. Please inquire regarding rates and additional services. The rates quoted do not include driver gratuity and suggested base gratuity is $5.00 per person each way.
